Rebar detailing is more than just a drawing. It's the technical translation of structural engineering into field-ready instructions. Our rebar detailing services produce fabrication drawings that show bar marks, shapes, dimensions, and placement order. We also include erection costs in our estimates when applicable, so the full picture of what it takes to place the reinforcing steel is captured.
This matters most on complex structural jobs. Precast concrete elements, concrete masonry construction, industrial buildings with heavy reinforcement schedules, or any project where the detailing has to coordinate with other trades.
When the structural package includes steel joist schedules or roof truss schedules alongside the reinforced concrete work, our detailing accounts for those coordination points. Rebar placements near bearing conditions or at concrete-to-steel interfaces need to reflect what's happening on both sides of that connection.
